Before your wedding, take a trip out to our one-of-a-kind Design Center that is sure to blow you away. You will get to pick out your own custom wedding decor from our extensive selection during a 2-hour Design Consultation with our head Coordinator.

On the days leading up to your wedding, you will also have access to the barn for a 1-hour rehearsal with your own Day-of-Coordinator.

 Before your ceremony, your guests will be parked and greeted by our welcoming staff as they arrive. They will then be directed to the Cards & Gifts station, where there will be a refreshing water station - perfect for those warmer days! Our staff will also invite your guests to sign the guest book - if provided - and then direct them to the ceremony site.

Your ceremony site will be completely decorated with the custom decor you chose at your Design Consultation! There are also multiple ceremony sites you can choose from, including the front of the Barn, facing our popular Oak Tree or in the open Green!

After your photos are done and cocktail hour is wrapping up, our staff will direct your guests into the Barn Reception space in the barn! Everything will be fully decorated, assembled and lit by our staff even before your guests step a foot inside the door.

 

Your Day-of-Coordinator will coordinate with your DJ for seamless bridal party introductions and will make sure that your night runs like a well-oiled machine. We will take care of managing all the vendor coordination so you don't have to worry about a thing - just focus on dancing the night away with your family and friends while we take care of the rest.

At the end of the night, our staff will organize your send-off and take care of all the cleaning, tearing down and packing up! That way, you can head off to your Honeymoon with peace-of-mind.
